I have no clue why Kennedy isn't World Champion, they push him like he should be

Hardy Has paid more then his dues, an IC, or US, or possibly a TV title should it come along be fitting.

Benoit - Yes. Heel, NO. It would not work, he is too well liked by the fans.

Eugene - That would be awesome, but loose the goofy psycho gimmick.
