Okay have you seen every single match from every single kind of promotion in the World?
I'm pretty sure you haven't and if you did, you would see wrestlers taking moves from other wrestlers from other promotions.
It doesn't matter if the guy who invented it was still wrestling or not. Who knows that KENTA actually invented the GO2SLEEP? How do you know that someone else used it somewhere before him?
