It is possible she is pregnant in the timeline of when they were about to get rescued since she and Sawyer fucked, mens sperm is like 500% or something increased and yeah, its possible.

Or I read it wrong and you are suggesting Kate is going to or has played a son, which by the laws of nature can't really be possible unless they throw in a stupid transsexual storyline.
