Don't even get me started on Nitro.

When he was IC champ, all I could think was how he wasn't quite at IC Title level yet. (Keeping in mind, my view of "IC Title level" is vastly different from WWE's apprently.)

Now... he is a world champion.

If nothing else, make it seem like he was just an undeerachiever who finally shined on the big stage by having him beat CM Punk in a good, long 5-star match. Even then, it would be terrible but not AS terrible.

The man got NO push whatsoever. I can get past just "not being ready" if you actually build the person up first. David Arquette got more of a push. In fact, I actually consider this worse than David Arquette winning the WCW Title. That was a publicity stunt. This is just... total stupidity.

If the point of putting the title on his was to get it on a heel for Benoit, put it on Burke or Cor Von! They atleast have actually been in the main event scene!!! This could not make any less sense.
