I think it would probably work but I get the impression he wouldn't want it - he seems pretty settled in his current role and is one of those you could picture having a job for life.

The WWF didn't even want Malenko. They wanted Benoit and Guerrero and thought Saturn might be handy. They only got Malenko because all 4 stuck together. They also sent feelers to Shane Douglas before Malenko.

There were reports that Douglas had wanted to give WCW "another chance" to talk things out. The other four had their minds made up, though.

Believe it or not, I didn't really consider their deaths part of their success...unless you want to count the fact that Eddie Guerrero is now in the Hall of Fame, but that's another talk for another time.
