Most of that is true, but if logic, and the stubbornness of the game on certain issues is any indicator, no matter which 2 I choose and sign for 1 Year, I will still have to go day-by-day...at least that would be the way it seems. Maybe you've played through that way in GM mode, and if so, and your advice works, I'm sorry I doubted you, but this OBV wasn't that great of a game to begin with.

I don't watch wrestling at all now. Haven't watched it regularly since 03'. However, I always played the Smackdown games, then later the Smackdown vs. Raw games, and when I saw the new one at Blockbuster, I had to rent it.

There's so many wrestlers now that I've never heard of. And all the older wrestlers I liked..Ric Flair, The Undertaker, and Kane were all on Smackdown. And I'm a Raw guy and wanted to wrestle on Raw...and I don't recall, but I think I used HBK as my main wrestler last year, and I wanted someone different, so I picked Triple H. I'm just beat and defended the title at Chris Masters at New Years Revolution PPV, and I first won the belt at Vengeance, and I've had it since.

It's a pretty fun game. I had trouble getting into it at first since I'm not really a wrestling fan anymore, but as time went by, I started getting into it. It's been fun beating down those young punks.

I wish there were more legends though, and that Hulk Hogan was included.

Rulk Fogan! Jesus, don’t you get it? If there was never any legends being bumped off year after year, we’d just always get repetitive, boring legends in the rosters each year. And besides, who really ever plays SvR or any SmackDown game as Hogan anyway?

Okay, so unless it's a struggle submission, it can't make someone submit... Fucking worthless. So essentially the ankle locks, tazzmission, texas cloverleaf, spinning toe hold, etc, are all worthless. Brilliant.

Exactly, it should have been all the old system, or all as the new system. Putting in submissions that dont do anything is retarded. I like the idea of SS but being that there are only 10 of them, its kind of a waste.

The online mode not having a lobby/party system is one of the three biggest disappointments I have with the game, along with the roster and the targeting mechanic.

I've already played a storyline with Foley, and am now playing one with Piper, and I'm just curious if anyone knows if there are any other angles that involve any legends?

I use Caws.ws for mine, covers all systems and usually has some pretty nice ones.

Anyway as much as I liked the game and I did enjoy it I just haven't been able to bring myself to play it for about three weeks now. I don't know what it is but I just have no desire to go back on it. Maybe that'll change over the Christmas Holidays but with games like COD4 and Mass Effect to play I just can't bring myself to play this.

Gonna be honest, me too. I've never sold a Smackdown game before the new one comes out, or around that time anyway. But this one is just failing to keep my interest. I went back and won KOTR with Hart last night, which was ok. And started a 16 man Road to Wrestlemania Tourny, but got fed up.

I went on to play Spiderman 3, which I've been stuck on for a while(fucking Kraven) and staying stuck on that and getting frustrated was more fun than playing smackdown.

Yeah, I totally gave up on this. I was going to buy it from gamefly for pS3 for 35 bucks, but it just wasn't worth it to me. The system needs an overhaul.

Online is still so god damn awfull. Everyone uses cheap/repeating moves over and over again. Its always big boots or spears, totally gay. Done pretty much everything I can do in single player, not gonna touch online unless its against someone I know.

I thought custom music would make up for it. But no.
