Jeff will probably not get the title.
Jeff SHOULD get the title, then job to HBK.
Mr. Kennedy should turn face and then feud with SD Champ Edge toward WM.
WM should be Jericho vs Raw champ HBK
Jeff should continue feuding with Orton into a MitB match that also includes Matt Hardy and MVP.
