DX. While it had X-Pac, it didn't have Hogan.

Er, NWO BY FAR
While DX had... people, NWO had Nash... which seals it |

What if they had been the other way round and the NWO was a WWF idea and DX a WCW one

It is hard to say, but probably...um...it goes Original nWo > Original DX > Post HBK DX > nWo Wolfpac > DX with Kane > Clusterfuck nWo?

Hmm...the initial shock of watching the NWO form was probably the biggest moment, but overall I would have to go with DX. I just enjoyed their storylines and matches better.

Hmm, tough call. By the tiniest margin, I'd have to saw nWo wins out. Their story had more of an epic feel to it, until it was a clusterfuck. This is my comparison line:
Original nWo > DX (w/ Rude & Chyna) > nWo Wolfpac > DX (+NAO+X-Pac) > nWo Clusterfuck (+1999 w/ everybody joining) > DX (w/ Kane & Tori) > nWo 2000 (utter shit). |

I put NWO Silver and Black (whatever it's called, the one with Hart, Jarrett, Steiner and whoever else) ahead of clusterfuck NWO. WWENWO would also be ahead of Clusterfuck NWO. |

Yeah, well that is what makes it hard as there are so many things that can be called nWo.

No. If you're referring to fall 99 you are sorely mistaken.

DX reformed on Raw, with Xpac who at the time was in a tag team with Kane.
On Smackdown, Kane knew nothing of it. Xpac, who was a face was now in a heel stable. So he was like "I know I know, I'll take care of it and see if I can get you in" Then, I believe, Kane and Xpac had a tag match against HHH and Road Dogg to determine whether or not he got in. Or something to that effect. The second Xpac got the tag they all jumped Kane and beat him down. He was never in nor was it ever a plan. He never stood with them, entered with them or was considered a member of DX by fans, himself or DX. |

DX was far more entertaining on it's own than NWO. It also had more flexibility and legs as a stable.
NWO was amazing, when it first came in, and as 3. It however, had no room for growth. Once they took over, it didn't go anywhere. It also was the type of thing that only worked when they were dominating and running the entire show, which ended up being a promotion killer. Something like DX was more of a containable stable. They could be limited to just segments every week, and unlike NWO was able to have multiple successful version. A heel version, a face version and then another heel version. Then a reunion. It was the type of stable that was more about the members and entertainment/what they were doing at the time, rather than just domination. NWO was one storyline that went too long. DX was the modern day 4 horsemen. It never got tired, it worked when members were added or changed, and could be used in more flexible ways. And if it did get tired, it took way longer than NWO. |

Just because I liked "lol-we run the company" better than "lol-we're rebels". Slightly. |

DX. I wasn't much of a WCW guy. They both had their moments looking back, but DX just flat out entertained me more.

This is a tough one. I think I am going to go with DX. I watched both WWF/WCW and though I did like the whole "we run this place" attitude I had more fun watching DX.

this is hard.i was still young while the two were in their prime which is why i was always more of a fan of dx since i think they appeal to the younger generation. however, now when i go back i think i would like the nwo better. Anyway, i am gonna go with dx slightly edgeing out the nwo.

DX by far. The overness of the entire nWo storyline was more reliant on Sting than it was on the actual stable.

I have to disagree, the nWo was over long before Sting became a driving factor. Granted, Sting's "betrayal" and subsequent transformation into Crow Sting surely added to its staying power, but any good wrestling angle needs something to keep it going. The nWo was a revolution in wrestling that crossed a LOT of lines... DX, which epic, was a superstar stable but not a revolution in itself.

Original nWo > Original DX (w/ Rude and Chyna) > DX right after HBK left > The two man DX we saw last year > nWo Wolfpac > WWE's take on nWo > nWo '99 > lWo > Every other nWo
