Mentioned several times in this thread already and in other threads. Where did this Chamber-talk originate? Have I missed some announcement or something?

Everyone seems to be talking about an Elimination Chamber match at NWO or 'Mania - is this a definite or are people ridiculously thinking it must be happening because of the Hardy PPV poster?
