You never look at the big picture, though. You're always shitting on the obvious. "Ooohhh... Triple H won again... That's ALL that matters." And that's how you always come off.

I still feel Hardy is a while from a title win. It was either him or Hunter. Hardy would have been a terrible choice - especially because Cena is likely winning at Mania ANYWAY. Let Hardy's build continue. He's not going to lose steam anytime soon. He's being built just fine and by summer I feel he will be ready.

Triple H winning and facing Randy Orton and/or John Cena is not amazing. It is predictable, "been there done that," and in my opinion, boring.

The Elimination Chamber sounds as well-booked as it could have been with Triple H going over, which is a surprise from an Elimination Chamber match, as for the most part, they are pretty poorly done.

Besides that, the only thing that really sounds "amazing" was Big Show's shit with Floyd Mayweather, which I will admit sounds pretty cool.

I think people are so used to shit from the WWE in general, that as soon as two moments of greatness turn up, people hail it as an "amazing show." I'm glad people enjoyed themselves, but I'm going to scream it was perfect show at the top of my lungs, because it wasn't even close. We've got Orton vs. Triple H and Edge vs. Undertaker scheduled as the main events. I'm interested in neither match.

You didn't even see the God damn show. Flair/Kennedy was good. Chavo/Punk was good. The only real weakspots were the SD elimination chamber and the WWE title match. Was it a perfect show? Fuck no. But by REAL "good" standards, it was "Good".

I am looking at the big picture. The big picture is that we're going to get Randy Orton vs. Triple H vs. John Cena at WrestleMania. I'm not going to pretend I'm happy about that. I'm sorry you misinterpret me constantly, but that's your problem, not mine. I never shat on the quality of the match, and I never shat on the treatment Jeff Hardy is getting (although I think he should have gone over at the Rumble, they've recovered well with him).

I love great wrestling, and I love great matches. The Elimination Chamber does sound like a great match. The ending does negate some of the impact it had on me, though, because the match was all about the future, and when a match that is meant to build like that gives you shit-all to look forward to, it doesn't do its job as well as it could have.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Go have your fun. I'm just not going to get on a bandwagon that is blowing a PPV for one great match and one great moment and Finlay coming out to Hornswoggle's music.

I'm sure they were good matches, but I feel they are hurt by the booking. Flair vs. Kennedy would have made sense for a DQ. Kennedy is a guy the WWE is trying to pass off as a rising heel, so even if they decide to not have him end Ric Flair's career, they could still build so the option is there. A steel chair driven into the leg would have made for some great drama, built up Kennedy's heat, built up the support for Flair (as fans would further question if he would be able to defend his spot on the roster with his next match).

Chavo vs. Punk would have been good, and I was going to list it as a good match. They've been having some good matches on ECW, but I'm sure they kicked it up for the PPV. Chavo going over cleanly was the wrong move, though. I'm not trying to scream "Punk is getting burried!" so don't turn it into that. Chavo is not exactly "Mr. Credible," however, and while I have no problem with making him such, I don't think it was wise to do it at the expense of Punk. Chavo defeating Punk with a roll-up, or some lying, cheating and stealing would have made for a finish that helped both men.

Believe it or not, booking does matter. I'm sure the matches were good, but there was something a little off about both of them. A 60-something year old man going over relatively clean, and a heel that really only wins when he cheats doing the same, doesn't really help the talents that they are competing against (even if it doesn't cripple their momentum, which would be worst case scenario).

Even if we just went solely by match quality: the SmackDown! Chamber sounds pretty crappy, Chavo vs. Punk was good, Flair vs. Kennedy sounds good, Cena/Orton I'm completely apathetic to, and the RAW Chamber was great. How does that add up to "amazing?" Why should I be cumming over this despite poor booking choices?
