Somehow I still don't care about TNA.
They need to stop throwing money at non-wrestlers and put it into production value.
No one mentions this, and it's what made Vince's empire what it is today. Production value. It's what made Hulkamania a nation wide trend and why Ric Flair was only known by wrestling fans. It's why Austin 3:16 shirts outsold every other major tee shirt when it was big. So the WWE has piece of shit hollywood writers and washed up wrestlers making the storylines. I can live with that, but I'll be damned if WWE doesn't have the best montages to hype up a match or PPV. WCW never came close. If you want to promote a wrestling show nation wide and hook the ratings make it look professional. You can book I.C. Weiner vs Haywood Jablowme in the main event. As long as you make it look like money, it's money. People, for the most part, are sheep, and should be treated as such, Throw some flashy graphics in there, lease a few themes from extrememusic.com, get a college student to make a montage for AJ Styles, just put more money is making it LOOK better.

AND GET RID OF THAT FUCKING RING AND DON WEST!!!!! (and vince russo)

This is very true. Production values won't instantly fix TNA's many, many problems, but it will make them look more equal with the WWE.

Panda Energy has been really patient with TNA, but I think they need more income from somewhere. I'm not sure how this stuff usually works, but maybe Jeff Jarrett and Dixie Carter can go to Spike TV, and see just how devoted they are to them?

TNA needs to start charging admission for its show. Even if it's just what OVW is doing, and charging $5. Make it $10 for PPVs, and the TNA fans will still come in. The Impact! Zone apparently holds 900 people. That's $4,500 extra you are making each set of tapings. I believe they do two a month. Add that to the $9,000 you make off PPV monthly, and that's $13,500 a month. This means that each year, TNA would be making an extra $162,000. That could go straight to boosting production, renovating the set, etc.

The TNA video game is going to hopefully sell a lot of copies. Especially if it is actually a good game. If it works out this way, then TNA will make a lot of money off that. Send that straight to production. Build up the Impact! zone with Universal Studios' permission. This means that you can get more people in, and increase the money you can put towards production this year. This is called growth, and it's something TNA needs to learn.

The pacing and timing of shows is fairly crap, and if they ran commercial breaks outside matches, things would run a lot smoother. Good commentary is a part of production, so Don West, that means you're gone, buddy.

A lot of people think that TNA should travel, and while I think it is a good idea in theory, you have the expenses that come with traveling. This is where your top name Superstars come in, though. Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, Booker T, Sting, Kevin Nash...when people see those names, they think legitimate.

TNA should maybe be thinking international. They don't have a TV deal in Australia, I believe. Why the fuck not? Australian fans are idiots, the WWE actually seems to be becoming more and more popular over here. They could easily try and talk FOX8 into showing TNA iMpact!, and advertising guys like Kurt Angle, Sting and Booker T, who would sell as effectively as any of the WWE's guys. I'd argue more. This would also increase the number of Australian fans who buy TNA PPVs.

TNA have a deal with Japan going on. I'm just going to use Budokan Hall as an example. TNA could do a PPV or something over there, using TNA talent and New Japan talent. A building like Budokan Hall holds about 14,201 people. Using some New Japan talent, and having a big Kurt Angle vs. whoever match, TNA could very easily make a profit off these kind of shows.

Japan is a market I can see TNA doing very well in, mainly because they have large American stars. If Japanese people are willing to pay tickets to see Albert, they will pay to see Kurt Angle.

TNA has David Sahidi, but if they got commentators that knew how to do their jobs, video packages wouldn't even be needed as much. The optimisation of talent is something TNA has great difficulty with, and is something that TNA will need to compete with the WWE.

Dixie Carter needs to go fishing around for investors, as well, even if she has to get on her knees and...beg. You need to spend money to make money, and I'm not sure TNA has the money to spend.
