From the early stages in the feud, it was pretty easy to tell a WWE Superstar is going to "turn" on the WWE and cost Big Show the match. Rey Mysterio would make sense, but he'd probably get a lot of heat for going after Show, so the WWE may opt to just drop Rey/Show, at least until they re-establish Show as a heel.

MVP would make sense, as he was rumored to be teaming with one of the boxers against Show and another boxer (I think they might have actually swapped Floyd Mayweather's role around, but I can't remember, nor do I really care). Chris Jericho is also a leading pick, due to his problems with Show, and the tease of his heel turn. I think it is way too early for heel Jericho, though.
