This Sounds Bad...
'A drive in a RAID 0 volume is failing. Try to back up data immediately.'
Any idea what the first part means? |

Long enough to back up your shit on that drive and purchase a new one, I'd assume.

Make sure to check if your HD is still under the warranted, if so they have to repair it or send you a new one.

Email support just gave me this:
If you find that one of the hard drives is failing, I would suggest you to try repairing by going to Start-Programs-IntelR Matrix Storage Manager. When the application is launched, click the left mouse button on drive with fault message and then advance and reset it to normal. I have set it to normal, and now I have no error message... Has this fixed it, or could it just be hiding the problem? |

Likely to be hiding the problem.
RAID 0 Spans your data over 2 disks by splitting each "file" in half, so it's faster access speed as it can access 2 disks at once. If you lose 1 disk, you lose the data on both. Back that shit up, and get 2 replacement disks. |

The repair guy just came round and said that should have fixed it, as there's a known issue with these drives.
It's under warranty for a year, so if it happens again I'll get it replaced. |

make sure you back your data up then, cause once one of those disks goes, you're fucked.

I backed up everything important when I first got the warning, so it's all good.
