You can set Firefox to disable DEP if you want. Probably the best bet right now.
Just right click on any of your My Computer icons (start menu, desktop, etc) and go to Properties. From there click on the "Advanced" tab and click the Settings button under the Performance section. There should be a "Data Execution Prevention" tab (most likely the last one). Click that and make sure the option "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:" is chosen and then click on the Add button. Navigate to your Firefox program (Program Files/Mozilla Firefox *version number*) and select the firefox.exe Click Ok and exit out of all those screens and see if that fixes your problem. You're not the only one with the problem and there are already bug reports on it so it will probably get fixed in a later update.
