Sony's not "catching up pretty quick." With the boost from MGS IV, they've managed to get a short term boost, but most months, their lead has not been impressive, nor enough to actually catch up to anyone. But this is a lie that's already been addressed, and you tried to change the topic.

The PS3 is lucky when it gets even half the Wii's sales in Japan, so if you want to pretend it's "killing everything" you're lying to someone, and probably just yourself. Most months, it is outsold by the Wii by a ratio of nearly 4:1, which is a larger margin than the PS3 outsells the 360.

Also, Uncharted has been out for 9 months, so it doesn't qualify for "failure," We're talking CoD 3, not 4, and HS has been out longer.

Now, you can say "But I said 6 months to a YEAR," But that doesn't mesh with more recent or concurrent games being released. By release date alone, your claims fail. If there's a time restriction, it applies to neither HS not UDF, as there are games on the list which came out at the same time or later. Sales shouldn't be a factor for Uncharted, to say the least.

Wikipedia claims it's 11 months and 500,000 copies for the PS3, but seeing as how several of the titles defy that, I'd say it's bullshit. If I were to bet where you got your info, though, I'd now have a pretty strong foundation for it....
