I may not be thinking the same thing he was, but based on the picture, I think it makes perfect sense. Since he keeps being booked to hoist these big/fat guys up on his neck and shoulders, and the image shows "obvious strain," it makes sense as a crack regarding a presumed neck injury.

I wasn't actually thinking that. Don't really think much about what Xero posts. I'll concede defeat on that one.

Assuming that is what Xero was implying.
