great ideas, a couple of thoughts myself:

I'd like to see Dupree win the US title, if we could find a way for him to win it without Cena losing heat (perhaps a dirty win with a belt shot?). At this point he pulls a Lance Storm, sticks a tricolour on the title and starts referring to it as the French Heavyweight Title. He gets a manservant (called Philippe or Raoul, played by the indie worker of your choice) to carry the title to the ring for him on a velvet cushion. Dupree is good at being this really smooth, good looking, asshole. Up his arrogance a bit, give him a little bit of Nature Boy-esque "better and prettier than you" attitude, and he's good to go
