Because they didn't think adding it to the PPV to fill the rest of the time was a good idea. After all, 10:45 is likely 85% of the WWE audience's bedtime.

The PPV had a few unintentional laugh out loud moments.

Two spring immediately to mind.

The feud that spawned from the main event spot, the revenge feud between former World champion CM Punk and Kofi Kingston vs DiBiase and Rhodes, lost out in the fans voting to the 15th rematch between Cryme Tyme and Morrison/Miz.

Bitter real life enemies The Honky Tonk Man and Roddy "PiperNutz" Piper shaking hands and acting like best pals. Even Honky showing up on WWE TV at all is laughable after everything he has said... I guess they must have finally "given him a deal".
