Let me put it this way. If I am caught in a sticky PvP situation, I can GoN and Ice Block, giving me 10 out of a possible 15 uninterrupted healing seconds. That > freedom from movement impairing effects that can be made redundant as soon as you get Crippled, Stunned, Hamstrung, Frost Shocked, Frostbolted, or any other such slowing/snaring effect in the seconds after you've used your Every Man racial and consequently blown your shared cooldowns for any items with similar effects.
If you're getting GotN off then Iceblocking, people on your server/battlegroup suck.
