Not to toot my own horn, but I think my idea would work out well, a discussion before the PPV and any spoilers from the fights posted result in a 24 hour ban.

A PPV Live Discussion thread, that the UK posters are warned not too go into unless they want to see spoilers, they know not too and have no right to bitch if they do.

Problem solved all the way around.
