The Dark Knight is the biggest movie of the decade, and given the quality and subject matter will likely be a massive hit for years and years to come. With that being said, I don't really understand why they've 'missed the boat' by not having it ready for the theatrical or dvd release. I'm sure there'd be plenty of interest in a quality TDK video game anytime, whether it be in a couple years, or in five years. Doesn't really make much sense to give up on making one, when it will be a hit no matter when it comes out. Look at Ghostbusters

They're applying blockbuster logic to something which is not just going to be a summer blockbuster. Ghostbusters is unconventional in the way it's coming out, and we know EA doesn't do unconventional.
