That doesn't sound so much like "grooming" as it does the general WWE mill.

Really? I mean, who else is in that sort of situation? If a guy can't talk, often the WWE will just stop them cutting promos, or give them a manager. Shelton Benjamin is one guy I would call being groomed for "big things." He's getting tons of promo/video segment time in which he can practice talking. He's also getting to stretch himself in the ring.

Someone like Charlie Haas, until he disappeared, has been playing up on a personality a lot of people didn't think he had. Besides that, I am hard-pressed to think of anybody.

My point was that the WWE are obviously interested enough in Burchill that they are giving him time to talk, learn and grow as an overall performer. Maybe it's just more obvious with him than others. I'm not going to be surprised if Burchill gets another push one day. That is all.
