For instance, this years should be the WWE title shot, and it should be Jericho vs CM Punk vs Undertaker vs HHH vs Jeff Hardy vs Big Show

Then you could still have Orton/Shane, and HBM/JBL

They could use the oppurtunity to have Cena and Edge work matches against uppercard guys, for a nice rub. Or even better have them involved in non-title matches since usually the No Way Out title matches are throwaways anyways.
