I dunno maybe there will, but since there are the two World title main events, the ECW title match, Taker vs HBM, Jericho vs ?, Matt vs Jeff, a womens title match of some kind and possibly a tag team title bout, I highly doubt you'll be seeing a Shelton/MVP match when they'd fit better in MITB.
There may also be plans involving JBL. I don't think overloading the card with a bunch of matches has been the WWE's method in the past years.

I think the US title would be inserted into the MITB, before Miz and Morrison are left off the card.

At any given time, only 2 or 3 guys are actually in action. The rest are playing dead next to the ring. The audience can only focus on one thing at a time. This is why it doesnt really matter.

Refuse to watch it live as too many breaks and I'm actually finding it better if I get more than 2 hours sleep as I have to be up at 6am.

Decent RAW, the build up is still strong.

But something griped the fuck out of me.

It was the impaler that Edge did. The one thing I like about Ross. He knows and calls manoeuvres. Sorta miss that on RAW and all PPV's. Really desperate for Ross to call all matches.
