In all honesty, Edge, Christian, Kane and Mankind have always been my favorites, and I'm digging Orton, Santino and Mizorrison a lot recently.

Seriously, my current favorites are Finlay, Regal, and Edge. All time, Hogan (His japanese work I've just been floored by.), Flair, Austin, Road Warriors, Stan Hansen, Big Van Vader, Arn Anderson, and Barry Windham (his brief run as the "Lone Wolf" was absolute awesomeness.)
