I only put it below the ECW Title because it is often stressed that the MITB winner can challenge for the ECW Title if they want to. CM Punk was originally going to use his title shot for that, until he was drafted away to RAW.

Whereas, something like the Royal Rumble has had the ECW Champion competing in it. They did present The Undertaker with the option of facing the ECW Champion in 2007, but since then, the ECW Title hasn't even been considered.
