And yeah, Funky, it takes a while to build your guy up to be able to KO mofos like you can with Rashad, Hendo, etc..

Anyone know how I can get some none generic trunks?? Like I see how you unlock sponcership and whatnot, but I want some camo shit...

I changed up my game. I had a Muay Thai guy to start. Had to scrap him for a kick boxer because the punching is better while the kicking isn't. Still tho, KOing Kazuhiro Nakamura with a kick to the head in my 5th fight was satisfying. I was like "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SIHIT!" and my brother is all "shut the fuck up"

They come with the 'bigger' sponsors as you go on. Warrior International have some camo trunks

Been working my way up through the heavyweights.. Took a short notice fight with Eddie Sanchez and KO'd him with a head kick in the first.. Then I got cocky a picked to fight Cro Cop who proceeded to kick my head in for about 45 second before KO'ing me..

I'm not a big UFC fan but I just want to know how "authentic" or "unique" is it? Like when you're fighting against a certain fighter, does it feel like you're actually fighting against HIS style or just one of several generic styles?

whats the key to getting points out of the sparing thing?

I go without this mook getting any offense in on me and still get like 20 points. Then sometimes we'll be back and forth and I'll get like 60ish.

Ignore what they say about defending and whatnot, for some reason it doesn't really matter. If you just go all out attack and whoop him you get more points that way.

K this has turned out to not be strictly true, sometimes you do get better bonuses and stuff for defence, good transitions etc. That's if the douche co-operates

I also did this with my guy... i racked up 7 wins in a row and then got a title shot against arlovski and took it. I didn't really like this when I tried the demo - I've gone back to it after a week or so though, and I'm actually rather enjoying it.

Considering picking the full game up now.

Played abit more career and now at 14-4-0. Lost to Ortiz twice even though I was ranked the spot under him, ranks mean nothing if you haven't got the stats. Currently ranked 8th now after the loses but doing more sparring so the stats are going up.

Just cant get enough of this at the moment.

If you spar well you get points you can use to boost your stats. If you accept the training camp invitations you can watch some moves being performed and then attempt some tasks (i.e. get 3 takedowns, or whatever), if you get enough tasks you boost your rating for that skill which automatically ups your stats and I think unlocks some more moves.

Yeah, the tasks earn more moves but the sparring doesn't affect when you get the camp. Hell, I don't think it matters who you pick, I just alternate between Forrest and Lidell.
