Brian Bruney just got activated from the DL. And the winner of the contest of who gets sent down or DFA'd is.............................Jose Veras.

He got DFA'd. Anyone interested?

Kind of amazing that Angel Berroa survived the cut again. He gets into about one game a month.

Anyway, someone will probably pick Veras up off waivers. A hard thrower will always get interest from teams.
