With all due respect to what Foley did for the industry outside of WWE, it's a damn shame that Rude, Piper, Henning, and DiBaise never held the WWE title like Foley did.
Definitely calling bullshit on that. Foley was the guy that every wrestling fan could relate to. He was the normal looking goofball who worked his ass off to make it in the business. And he was incredibly entertaining to watch and root for.

Foley winning the title was the moment the WWF turned the corner and started winning the ratings war. He's a bit more important than the names you mentioned.
