No they don't, for entrance music you do not pay a dime. Hence why ECW was able to afford doing whatever they wanted. Televised or not, entrance music is an accompaniment. No one pays to use it. I read in a Chuck Liddell interview a few years ago that he wanted to come out to "Walk" by Pantera but the UFC couldn't get the rights to use it..
