You explained that quite well mate.

Seems simple enough

One app is designed to breakdown the file where I find the dol

The other app fixes the dol

I just replace the Dol using the first app

Does that app then remake the ISO or do I have to burn it in a different way?

Not really, you just save it and go. Takes like less than a second to save. You then burn it using that original ISO (it doesn't make a new one).
