Wow. The Mets rejected a trade that could have gotten them Roy Halladay. All they had to do was give up Fernando Martinez, Bobby Parnell, Jon Niese and Ruben Tejada.

Honestly, I wouldn't. The Mets have barely any prospects to speak of as it is...they really can't afford to gut the system any more. If they were healthy and right in the hunt, I would make the deal with eyes on making the playoffs/WS this year and in 2010...but right now I can't in good conscience do it.
