I was shopping the other day and saw the Transformers 2 video game sitting on the shelf, and realized that it was a videogame, based on a movie, that's a sequel, of a movie based on a cartoon, that was based on action figures.

It would only be funnier if it was lego transformers.

Fuck, games can only be anime or saturday morning cartoons at best. They just never translate well because moviegoers who are not gamers and gamers just have way different expectations.

If they could make a Final Fantasy 7 movie that actually managed to maintain all the original plot would be fantastic.

But they couldn't fit it all in one, and if they did, it would suck.

Already being made. I believe I read that Chiwetel Ejiofor was cast as Torque.

I think a Manhunt movie could be made. As long as it was a hard, hard R.

Also think Soul Calibur could be done. I'd prefer to see it done as more of a "historical epic" than a "video game movie". The story could be made straightforward enough for a 2 hour flick.
