I've got to say, I love the appreciation Goldust is getting. Both from the IWC and the "casual fans." I think it will add up to something for him. Perhaps another run with either the IC or US Title.

One thing I would like to propose to you is this: The Goldust character being as great as it is -- would you mind seeing it passed down? I, personally, wouldn't consider it blasphemy. Well, I wouldn't if Dustin Rhodes approved it. The Goldust character is obsessed with movies, and it's often been the tradition of the film industry to remake or recast. A young guy could get a huge rub by playing the Goldust character, especially if he is able to do it well, and is good in the ring. I wouldn't like them to call him "Goldust II" or anything, but just sort of keep the history of the character, and still pass him off as a former three-time Intercontinental Champion, two-time United States Champion, upteen-time Hardcore Champion, etc.
