Really? You just discovered it?

Besides, what did you think "Funky Sex Farm" and "Listen to the Flower People (reggae version)" Were?

Most of the tracks are good, by the way. I'd prefer the originals, but since these are now the official tracks in Tap "Canon," I don't think we'll see them.

And TIGRYT is worth it, rerecord or no.

Saw that they had Spinal tap but didn't bother d/ling or previewing till just then because I was going to see if Trials HD was any good. Since it sucks, I used the points I had allocated for it for those Tap songs and during the previews I was unpleasantly surprised. Still, it's not like they botched them or whatever and I picked up most of them.

I didn't really know shit about Trials HD. I DLed the demo, found it sucked ass, and moved on. I bought most of the Tap pack because I love those songs. Little surprised there was so much backlash. Skipped Flower People and Funky Sex Farm, along with a couple others. Nothing against those songs, but I'm holding out for the versions from TIST at some point. And I'm not buying Cups and Cakes.

I stumbled across an interview online and while I won't
post the whole thing, I did find one part interesting.

Awesome week a' comin'. Especially if you are as big a fan of the Talking Heads as me (I own every release they ever put out in just about every region on vinyl... just a little obsessed). In addition we're kicking some new flavor in your ear holes with Avenged Sevenfold, The Jam, Oasis, and Rage Against the Machine. Tracks will be priced at $1, $2, or $3, whatever the creator feels is most appropriate. Since many of the tracks coming to RBN will be from less well known bands, all tracks will have a free demo version. The demo will be 35 percent of the song or up to one minute, whichever is shorter. After the demo, players will be asked whether or not they want to buy the full song. Unfortunately, Harmonix has no plays to add this feature to the Rock Band Store.

The shitty thing is I'm not too enthused about either Jam song. I like "Going Underground," But it's been lost on me since Buffalo Tom's cover for the Jam tribute record. Odd since I was listening to Beat Surrender last night.

The TH pack is almost certainly a buy for me. Gay7X and Rage can go fuck themselves, but I'll certainly not gripe about the rest.

Don't feel like hunting down the Lego Rockband thread, but the songs in Lego Rockband WILL be exportable into Rockband 1/2
