Vanguard Princess
A new 2d fighter created by one person named Tamoaki Sugeno who apparently used to work on the old King of Fighters series and Resident Evil 3. This beautiful game is freeware and was made with 2d Fighter Maker 2002, another freeware program/engine.

There are a few gems in the 360's indie library. Including a hilariously retarded Streets of Rage/Mortal Kombatesque beat em up (Batman Forever but worse/better) for only 80 points called Streets of Fury.

User-content is similar to create-a-character in games. The majority of people make a quick character or something that is fun or to show off to friends. Not everyone makes a detailed character and then add in all the correct moves and stats that might take an hour or more to finish.
