It's clearly a swerve. CM Punk planted the drugs there and it's going to lead to Jeff being found innocent and coming back to face CM Punk in the ultimate grudge match for the title at WrestleMania!

Imagine it really was. I don't know how I would feel about that. Possible poor taste on WWE's part. However, it most likely isn't. Jeff is an idiot.
