If you MUST know, from what I hear, it's supposed to be like how Cyber Sunday/Taboo Tuesday was, with the presentation of multiple stipulation choices for each match made. The audience votes for a couple weeks or so leading up to the PPV, and the winning stip or w/e in each match is how that particular match is contested. So it's kind of gimmicky, just not as much as Breaking Point was, or even how Hell In A Cell could turn out to be.

I thought it was a PPV where no Titles were on the line, and matches were only for 'bragging rights'?
