Guru Dave, I know you're right, but my question is what kind of asshole won't take the title? Everybody else would love to have it, and he's acting like he's above it.

Same reason Tommy Dreamer wouldn't take the ECW title back in the day? He realizes he doesn't need it, and it would be better to put it on one of the younger stars?
