I signed up on NFL.com to be able to comment on videos and whatnot.. I figured it's be pretty good discussion, but really, it's worse than most message boards I've ever been too.. People are completely bias, talking shit, without even watching game or highlights to base their opinions on.. Pretty terrible, but kinda entertaining at the same time..

Some people are pretty cool and knowledgeable, but all these Philly fans keep bringing up our "horrible defense" just b/c the Lions hung 27 on us.. If they had actually watched the game, looked at the box score, or even watched the highlights, they'd know that all of those points came from bad kick coverage and turnovers.. We eliminate just a few of those kind of mistakes and we will win by double digits, even if McNabb was healthy..

I respect the Eagles D, but they really did nothing on Offense.. Kolb is gonna come in and get ate up by Vilma and Sharper.. He'll prolly throw 2 or 3 picks in the first quarter, then Reid will put in Garcia.. Now I realize Gracia is a West Coast Offense guy and use to play under that system, but with completely different receivers.. He's had what, two days of practice?? It takes ALOT longer than that to get timing down which is what puts up big numbers in the air.. No way he steps in and saves the day after it's 17-0 at the end of the first.. He'll do honorable, but I just feel like they will be playing from behind after Kolb leaves the field and our new REVAMPED D is gonna ballhawk.. That added with the little practice time for Garcia = more INTs.. Eagles only hope is Westbrook running for like 350 yards and 4 TD's which I really don't see happening.. I'm really looking forward to this game cause it's really gonna test our Offensive weapons against an elite Defense..

I think it was Pardon the Interruption where they talked about how NFL and College Football fans are starting to become like European/S. American fans in terms of fanaticism and extreme emotional attachment to the games. Not soo much the good kind of fanatics but more of using the Bills incident to show its beginning to rise to "hooligan" levels.

I was sorta worried with LT being out that Sproles will have a bust out game, but then I remembered its been 36 games (December of 06, and even further before that for another 100 yard rusher) since the Ravens last gave up 100 yards rushing to a single player. His kick returns do scare me a bit though. The Chargers are really banged up too and the Ravens luckily managed to stay clear of any serious injuries vs KC. Going into the season this was one of 4 key non steeler games (along with Indy/NE/Denver) that would go a long way in deciding if they'd have a shot at the playoffs, so its good feeling at least right now how things are shaping up vs SD.

Its also kinda sad that SD hasn't sold out their home opener yet and it could get blaked out in SD.

Yeah this year's trash talking is already more intense than last year before their 1st meeting. Last year it was all about how Farve would destroy the Patriots and lead Jets to division title. Jets ended up loosing that game and A.D. ended up doing the "2 for 1" sack of Farve and Leon Washington in 1 play.

Real excited for the game tonight. Hate that I have to wait another 8 1/2 hours.

I'm thinking it's gonna be a close matchup. I kinda have a feeling though that the Cowboys will be able to explot the Giants' secondary, unlike the Redskins. If they do that, they'll force the Giants to match and turn it into a high scoring game, which the Cowboys are unfortunately much better suited for offensively. But if they can get some key turnovers/sacks and Jacobs allows the Giants to control the clock, I think they've got a great shot at spoiling the opening of the Palace of Jerry.

Eh, fuck it. Went ahead and did this anyway. I never wanna start somebody against the Ravens D and it's a pretty tough matchup for Eli considering nobody has fully emerged from their receivers yet.

Hopefully Favre can get a couple of scores before the Vikes get a huge lead.

I'd go with Smith. The Giants WRs might not be outstanding, but I have no faith in Kolb and Cotchery against the Pats could be risky.
