They could have just opted for a 30-minute Iron Man match instead...that's at least close to the average PPV main event in WWE these days, give or take several minutes.

Also, wouldn't mind Cena losing and having to "leave RAW forever" in the least. He could go back to where he started out, over on SmackDown!, and if we somehow got extremely lucky, maybe they'd turn him heel(?) Just a thought.

It's probably something to do with how all the SvR games wouldn't come out until around Survivor Series time, but since this year is going to be different with SvR '10 dropping on Oct. 20th, 5 days before Bragging Rights, it seems they're using the concept of a "SmackDown! vs. RAW 'Bragging Rights' main event" to help drive sales of SvR '10.

Dunno for sure, but that's where I'd place my money.

people boo cena during a 15 minute match because he sucks. WTF are the WWE creative team thinking putting him in a 60 minute match in this case? Randy Orton is good, but HBK he isn't. HBK carried Cena during their iron man match.

If this isnt proof that WWE has thrown in the towel, I dont know what is. They dont even care at this point. Its like " Hey who sells the most T-shirts...Cena and Orton again? Book it. ".

I love how wrestling fans are getting trashed with the same boring match over and over and over ...and over again. They know you guys will pay 50$ to see the same match 4 times in a row. It's fantastic! No wonder UFC is stomping all over WWE in ratings. Not only are there fights real, but they're fresh!

I love this so much. The fact that WWE is trashing there fans and stealing there money cause they know they can and will, makes me want to come to the wrestling forum even more.

Don't watch it but one of the problems when I stopped watching is that they'd already used up all their possible matches. Maybe if they were to do this more often some of the matches would feel fresher.

I hate the limited rosters it feels like there are very few match possibilities. I prefer the long drawn out feuds other multiple PPVs.

WWE is often a wasteland for the mind at this time of year. Survivor Series is usually when the ball is started to be picked up ready for the run in to Wrestlemania. It has to play a factor in how Orton and cena are stuck in the same fued, and DX and Jericho are out of singles competition at the moment.

Now that I got that out of my system, I guess security's gonna have plenty of time running around taking away signs during this match. I know I'll have my share of them, plus I'll make sure the wife has extra markers in her purse for making new ones on the back of signs from other matches.

Oh, and with the main event announced as Raw's winners vs. Smackdown's winners, I guess each other match is gonna be standard Raw/SD episode 8-minute matches.

Gotta admit I'm slightly less down on the Iron Man match now that it's No Countout and No DQ. It'll allow them more freedom to do things in the span of 60 minutes and hide the fact that they probably aren't capable of putting on a 60 minute straight wrestling match.

Still down on the match overall though
