Think about it, there's no way the ump at 2nd saw both aspects of the play. Maybe the ump at 1st had a good vantage point. But it would have come down to what the ump at 3rd and home saw and the decision would have most likely gone to the ump at 3rd seeing as how he had the best vantage point.
