It looks like he's gonna have a meet-n-greet with Bill Goldberg, Bter Michaels and a few others in NYC tomorrow. I guess Billy Boy doesn't have a belt with him for this event.

I really just posted this to see if anyone form here met the qualifications of being in NYC with a WCW belt. I figure if Heyman's Twittering about needing one he's probably pretty desperate, and "compensation" might be a possibility.
