Well, in terms of the cold I'm sure they could set up some kind of heating system for the ring and ramp, so it wouldn't be that huge of a deal.

You are right there, only if its a still cold, if the wind is blowing, no heater is going to help. Also consider them sweating and the moisture on their bodies and how much more cold they would be like that. Heaters would maybe work around the ring, but what happens in the aisle way? The wrestlers would have to ride motorcycles or just take off running up the aisle to get backstage.
