Reports are while Microsoft is banning people for the glitch until IW comes out with a patch, supposedly Sony won't be doing the same and will just wait for the patch from IW.

Makes some sense since on XBL your angering paid online customers while on PSN you can just make a new account if the previous one got banned.

But they'd have to start over at Level 1 wouldn't they? What's the point in that?
