Then you are supporting piracy. It's one thing to go to your buddy's house and sit down and play his games with or without the knowledge that they were pirated.

It's another to sit down in your own home and play games that a family member pirated (or bought illegally).

Seriously don't get why you are so up in arms about it. That is pretty much the main thing that makes it 'just as bad'. Because you act like it is some offense that you be grouped into that, yet you will still play a pirated game as long as it isn't yours.

on one hand, i would love to have a modded 360 with all the free games i want.

on the other, i don't appreciate the downloaded wii games, dreamcast games and ds roms i have. i am not even motivated to play them. if i would have payed for them, then i know i would play them.
