Stay along the left hand side of the level, and kill those guys. Then clear out the little opening thing, then run through. You just have to really take your time with everything, assuming you're talking about the very beginning.

Yeah I finally got through it, I was talking about the part where you are running down the alleys solo and gotta get through like 50 guys. Can't even kill most of them, just gotta flash bang and run, a lot of them would still kill me.
