You mean how Conan wanted to keep his staff of over two hundred people, but couldn't because Leno whined about getting that slot back?

And yes, I know NBC offered to push Conan back half an hour, but really what does that do? It's still shitty how it went down no matter how you look at it. NBC comes across as being stupid, Leno comes across as being a dick, and Conan is out of a job for seven months because he didn't want to stay and ruin an almost 60-year tradition.
