If Raw DOES go to three hours though, that's essentially tacking on the same amount of time ECW would have given us.

That's a possibility, but honestly, what are the chances that Raw would use and opening hour of a 3 hour show to showcase young talent needing more air time? Slim to none, imho. They're going to use that 3rd hour to enhance/cram down whatever it is they got going on. ECW kids would't have a shot in hell on Raw.
