They already have enough guys that they can barely fit on the 2 hours of TV they have per week without adding more. Especially another X-Division guy.

If Sharkboy does come back onto the scene maybe he'll have a mask like the hurricane's with the picture of a shark on a shirt for him. With all the new stuff happening they should try to give a good amount of their stars a little break, like instead of seeing Kurt Angle in the ring every week give him one off and let someone step up for that one week
